Monday, 25 December 2006 : Happy Holidays!

From MCHY to everyone, a very happy holiday season. Remember to be loving and compassionate to all sentient beings and treat them as you would yourself.

Unless you are self-abusive, self-destructive and take lots of prescription pills. In that case, treat them the way the guy in the bible would. He was a true compassion master and I don't think even smoked cigarettes.

Rock on with the new year as well. Remember all the new years past that you forgot the new years past and let that not happen again.

Let not the constant state of fear perpetuated upon us drain us of our vital essence, the one that transcends the pall of doom delivered every day to our living rooms. At our core, we are pure and brilliant. Never forget THAT!
